The delivery method depends on the product or service purchased. Our online store offers digital permits, bookable services, gift cards, and potentially physical products.

Aviation-related digital permits are delivered electronically and are not sent by post. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing your purchase.

Digital Products and Permits

Landing permits and other digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

In most cases, delivery takes place immediately after payment confirmation.

The electronic permit serves as confirmation for operating at Seinäjoki Airport, and no separate contact is required unless you need additional services.

We recommend keeping the confirmation easily accessible upon arrival.

Experiences and Bookable Services

Experience flights and other reservation-based services are confirmed via email.

The confirmation includes:

  • booking details
  • scheduled time
  • possible arrival instructions
  • additional information about the service

Please arrive well in advance of your scheduled time.

Weather conditions or operational reasons may affect the delivery of the service. In such cases, we will primarily offer a new appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered electronically and are available for use immediately after delivery unless otherwise stated.

The gift card includes instructions for redemption.

Physical Products

If physical products are sold in the online store, they will be delivered to the address provided at checkout using the specified delivery method.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: typically 2–6 business days depending on location

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or other factors beyond our control.
